is there a way to make nonwaterproof mascara waterproof? like something i can put on my lashes on top of the mascara?

Just buy some waterproof mascara;
if you're worried about how they look or work or something, they're all pretty much the same.

Or, if you have a specific favored brand, then just look fo rthe waterproof version of that mascara. They all have waterproof and non-waterproof.
