Erection problem

mt grilfriend and i went to have sex both our first time were both 16 and i had trouble keeping an erection same thing happened again i didnt last that long its really embarrassing im a bit worried to try again what can i do?

Try fooling around before hand so your maybe more ready? Like do other stuff before you have sex. I heard it makes guys last longer if they explode before sex. Hope this helped
