I wanna stop using pads and start using tampons but I don't know how.. Like where to I put it to stop the bleeding and stuff and are they comfortable. And which type should I use for best protection and comfort and not spend a lot..
1.) the cotton swab [the ONLY thing that goes into your vagina]
2.) the plastic applicator [this partially goes into your vagina so that the cotton swab can go deep into you]
3.) a stick that is used to push the cotton swab into your vagina.
YES THEY ARE COMFORTABLE because you don't even feel them! they're so far inside of you that you can't even feel them, therefore they are comfortable.
NOT TAMPAX - playtex slimfits!
look, there's really no point in me trying to explain it to you with words. you just have to try it out. i was like 12 or 13 when i tried my first tampon so please don't be worried - you can do it you just have to search around & try it. you probably won't get it right the first time but if you just keep trying you'll get it eventually. my problem was that i was afraid that i was putting it in too far, but it's actually better to put it in really far cause you get better protection, you feel more comfort. the string is REALLY long so you don't have to worry about it getting 'lost' up there.
