Cute dresses - casual

Any ideas on where to buy cute dresses that aren't like REALLY expensive...
but the problem is I'm only a 32A so I don't fill out some things.... like when they have the boob places built in (do you know what i mean??)
anyway...I'm going to the St.Louis galleria soon and wanted to know stores i could find them at.


Also if there are some stores near Springfield,IL that would be good!!! thanks!!!

Forever 21 has tons of really cute, cheap sundresses.
