My cousin gave me a pair of Hollister jean capris. They are too big, so I wanted to return them. I dont know how long ago she got them, but maybe a year or less? They have all the tags on them, so do you think I could at least get a credit?
GoodAdviceGiver05 answered Friday July 13 2007, 4:25 pm: i just so happen to have a hollister receipt from a shirt i bought, and on the back it has the return policyy! lolanyways it says, if the merchandise is unwashed and unworn, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. Then it says, without a receipt they can give you credit. So try it and see if it works, hope i helped! =] [ GoodAdviceGiver05's advice column | Ask GoodAdviceGiver05 A Question ]

They most likey will give you credit for the sale price of the item, since they are old they have been on sale. You'll either get that in credit or you will need to do an exchange. If that doesn't work, take it someone where like Plato's Closet, if they have those around there, a thrift store that buys stylish clothes from people. So that's another way you could get money for them. Also, if they're not too big, you could get them tooken in. Like go to a Tailer, and they can make them fit to your size.

Also if they can only give you a sale price and your not going to wear the jeans- its probably the best idea to take it. [ partychick101's advice column | Ask partychick101 A Question ]
