facebook - honesty box application

heyy i asked a question on the site about the honesty box application on facebook & you said that there REALLY isn't a way to find out who said it.

how do you know this for a fact? are you super techno-savvy? cause i really wanna say something to someone & it would be kinda bad if they found out.

thanks so much.. i know i'm paranoid =)
