i was doing something, and my nail got cut, like a part of it, then later it got cut more so, it just cut itself, then the remainder of the nail, the uneven and sharp part scratched my skin near my lips, and you it's very noticeable. what can i do to make it go away faster and cover at the same time? polysporin with concealer?

neosporine works wonders, you can try cover up to hide, but your best chance is to just be patient and let it heal up
