a blowout is a hairstyle. it usually involves short/shaved sideburns and sides with a large amount of hair on the top that is usually spiked. its for guys, of course lol. have you seen growing up gotti? most of the gotti boys have this hairstyle. if you have any other questions about it, feel free to ask. im going to school for hair, so i can probably help=]
