Hey Mike. I am just curious, what is Steve Simmons' "The Movie Star Diet"? What do you do in it?
I need to lose my stomach, and some thighs. My stomach is unproportional to my small frame.

It's just like any other crap diet, really. It can't take the place of eating good wholesome foods and just plain exercising.

Don't do it, it's one of myriad money making schemes in the fitness industry.
