hi im 14 m and i had a question.i tend to masturbaute quite often (maybe like once a day or every couple of days)..but i was wondering.i know that everytime you masturbaute and ejucatulate your body produces new sperm.but is it possible to run out,or is it possible that after a while it can cause like birth defects or anything?

It won't cause your children to have birth defects..
And doctors say that having sex [much like masturbation] is something that makes you happier and can actually cause you to live a longer life.
