How do I change a picture to black and white? I've done it before, and I feel like an idiot because I forget how to do it. By the way, this is Jack.

Well I do it using Kodak Easyshare.
It depends what program you have for your camera.
Usually you just click edit
And then scene effects and there's a black and white option =]
