which foods/vitamins will help me to increase my sexual stmina and libido?

Eating lots of raw celery-this works better on guys as it helps promote production of testosterone.

Chocolate-which releases endorphins in your body to make you feel good.

Oysters,Asparagus,Bananas,chili,Caviar,figs,garlic,honey,onions,Pine nuts, truffles, strawberries, beats, cherrys, cucumber and Rasberries can also help.

Regular excercise, eating low fat foods and being on a healthy diet can also increase your sexual stamina.
