Well you need to start out by kissing him. You can't just jump into giving a blow job. Flirt with him a lot. Look at him in the eyes whenever you get a chance. Don't be too permiscuous though, thats just a turn-off. Ask him to hang out though, and when you hang out with him (alone) play with him.
