does anyone have insomnia and how did you help get rid of it? drinking warm milk doesnt help and neither does counting sheep so none of the obvious reponses, please.
You have to change your sleeping schedule. Make your bed a little more comfortable. You could always try staying up a whole day. You'll be really tired and then you can fall asleep at like 9 or 10. The next day you might fall asleep at like 10 or 11. That's something that worked for me.
No naps during the day. Um. I've always heard people talk about how you set a time you want to go to bed and lay in your bed ahead of time. Try to relax your whole body and you'll fall asleep. Maybe try that?
You should go see a doctor for it though. They would be better help. Things people suggest to you, may not work. I've tried like everything and failed. I think sleeping pills would be good for you until you change your sleeping habits.
If you can't get those, you should try allergy medicine. The drowsy kind, yup.. 1-2 pills and in about half an hour you'll be tired. That's what I take when I need to get to bed at a certain time. [ queenhearts's advice column | Ask queenhearts A Question ]
