iTunes help

Question Posted Saturday June 30 2007, 11:02 am

So just recently, my iTunes wont come up.
Everytime I click it ,this error report things shows up and says that Itunes needs to close, but it never even came up.
I tried deleting it and re downloading it and it still does that.
What should I do?
or is there any other way to transfer songs onto my ipod using a different website?

I have no idea what's wrong with your iTunes. Mine doesn't do that.
Try using rhapsody.
It works the same.
:D
Hope I helped.

You uninstalled and reinstalled it from the website?
Make sure you're downloading the most recent one,
and you don't have the old iTune sopen while downloading the new one.
If this dosen't work, you might have it firewalled.
Check your firewall settings.
If none of this helps, go to support on
apple.com.
good luck!
