stain on socks and underwear

so I found a dirty pair of socks and underwear in our closet. the weird thing is that the sock have s stiff hard crusty yellow stian on both bof them, and they were sortof folded in half. next i found a pair of dirty boxer briefs with the white dried crusty stuff on the outside of the pee hole and also near the waist band....what do u think it is?
