i have a heat rash

i have a horrible heat rash on my legs, back, and upper arms. how can i get it to go away soon? i dont want m boyfriend or anyone other than my family to see me with it, especially since i'm going to a pool party soon.

Calomine lotion or yoghurt will ease the itchyness and help the rash go down. The time it'll take will vary, but in the mean time, wear loose fitting clothes and try and air it as much as possible.
