You might want to try this mask they have for that purpose instead of the spoons. The masks have gel in them that cools. You can leave that in the freezer overnight instead of the spoons. I think it'd be a lot easier to use that than the spoons honestly. Target sells the masks in the beauty section by make up.

emilyy answered Thursday June 28 2007, 9:46 pm: It depends, personally I find that it takes away the puffiness and is worth doing. Take two metal spoons and put them into the freezer overnight or until they are ice cold. Next, hold the rounded side of the spoon to the area directly under your eye.
