Is it too late to ask him out?
13/f Okay, there's this boy I've liked since 6th grade, and it was pretty obvious that he liked me too. We'd always stare and smile at each other at lunch and in the hallway. But we didn't start hanging out until 8th grade because I lived with my mom (which was out of state) in 7th grade and in 6th grade he was on a different team. Now I'm going to 9th grade and we still liked each other this year, too. But he moved to a different school and came back 2 weeks later to take the PSAT. That was when I saw him last (which was in October). I was sure he still liked me though.
I found out his number and called him two days ago. He sounded happy to talk to me and I was going to ask him to be my boyfriend, but the conversation never worked up to it. It took me most of that day to gain the courage just to call him (with the help of my bestfriend and my cousin). So...should I call him again and ask him out? If so, when? What should I say??? I really like this guy and I've never asked anyone out before. Help would be appreciated. Thanks a bunches <3<3

well first off i'm pretty proud that you called him. it takes a lot of courage to do that and most girls wouldn't.
but since you don't see him that often, first make sure that a relationship could workout between you guys. then i think you should keep calling him but just to talk or maybe to make plans to hangout. then once you are in person THEN you should ask him out. i think it is always better to ask somebody out in person.
