Well you can get balloons really cheap at a dollar store. Some stores have deals like $5 for a dozen, so I would look there first for a cheap balloon.

As for roses, it depends. If you want a really nice looking one, you'd have to check a florist and they are usually about $5 to $10. Cheaper roses can be sold at grocery stores, you know they have those cheap little bouquets, but a single white rose is probably rare in that case. If you are lucky enough to find one, they're like $3.

First off, I rate your question a three. Ha-Ha!White? I'm curious as to why white...what it stands for. Write about what it means to you...a poem presented sincerely costs nothing and could be worth more to the person you are thinking about than a room full of gifts.

If you're getting a MYLAR baloon it COULD be about 9-13 dollars.
However, a latex balloon[rubbery kind] is about $.50 for the balloon and expensive for the helium would be about $3 at a party store.
A rose could be anywhere from $5 to $10 depending on the perfection of the rose, date bought, and shortages in your area. I know that I've bought entire bouquets of imperfects of roses for $5 before. But a perfect white rose could be anywhere from 5-10 ish. Hope I helped.
