I work in the criminal law, but no, I am not a lawyer. What I do could loosely be described as paralegal work.

I know more about the law than the average person, but I am not qualified, and have not formally studied law. So no, I cannot give you legal advice or answer questions about the law. Such questions are best directed towards trained professionals. If you cannot afford legal advice, there may be some free help avaliable in your area.
