sometimes at night there is a dog that will walk aroung your yard, its a black ish color and it has glowing yellow eyes, you need to greet that dog and pet it, try to build up your relationship with it. then one of the options should be to get bitten by that dog, and then your sim will turn into a warewolf at night.

Well sometimes werewolves walk to your house and just stand around (they look like normal dogs but they aren't) you have to try to get a high friendship with them and then you like pet them or something and they can bite you and you'll turn into a werewolf.
