that v thing

you know that v thing on a girls back/ waist? its like, right above the butt. its sorta like these two line things. what are they called and how do u get them. some of my friends have them but i dont.

you can get these. i mean theyre really small and not really noticeable but its the muscles right there..some ggirls are thinner and they show more. i dont have them either so..whatever. lol
but if you really want them the simplest way is to lay on your stomach with your arms at your sides and lift up your torso. kinda like a backwards situp. do this for like 5 minutes everyday. there are some more intense workouts im sure but this is the the easiest.
