how do you make your arms thinner. im skinny but my arms are huge and so it makes everything else look big! even when i lift weights, i heard that like it just makes it musclier and not thin. is that true?

also, upper part of legs. how do you make them thinner?!

you should run on a treadmill with little weights in your hands. it will help trust me. I got the same issue. well had all i did was run with them weights and the pounds came off after a month. =] good luck!
