piano or guitar

i really want to learn piano again i began in 1st grade but stopped and wish i hadn't... i hav a piano and keyboard and i was wondering if anyone knew about any programs that are inexpensive to re-learn cuz i want to write songss
its also my dream to play guitar so anyone know of a place or company that makes them inexpensively but not like cheap. and how to learn w/o a teacher
tips as well THANKS

my brother taught himself. idont no how, but i do no its possible hahah. You can look it up online too. just like they have drivers ed online.
