Does anyone know what food/fruit go to thighs people say icecream make your thighs go big ? anyone know and how do we lost the fat in thighs

no food really goes to a different place. it just depends on where your body thinks it needs to be distributed.

Weight is different for everyone. It just depends on your body. To lose weight in your thighs walk a little each day around the block. Run. Ride bikes. swim. anything really.
