I'm always miserable when I'm away from my boyfriend. Even when I'm out with friends I don't have a good time because I'm not with him. He works almost 12 hours a day 5 days a week and I see him on his days off, on breaks, and before he goes to work.
How can I stop feeling so depressed and miserable when I'm not with him?

Why not getting a job yourself? If you get to pick your hours, you can pick the same hours & then still hang out when you guys are both off. That way it will take your mind off it. Your friends should definitely be able to cheer you up a bit. Ask them to take you out while he's busy. Maybe you want to find a hobby. Try exercising. Exercise gives you endorphins which make you happier. It's also extremely good for you. Start going swimming, playing a sport, etc. If not, you'll have to deal with it on your own. Try talking to him about it. Don't make it seem like you're upset with him though. Just explain that it depresses you & if he has any ideas/opinions about what you guys can do.
