If I do 150 crunches @ a 90% angle alternating left,center, right.Also doing leg lifts.About 20.Then doing 6 inches off the ground (fluttering,up&down..etc)20 sit ups also alternating.Then the superman.And if I had been doing that since Christmas break til the end of school.. around May 24th? and started back up again like yesturday.When do you think I'll be back to condition like I was?Or when I would most likely see something developing?
