I have a problem with getting attached so quickly and so much.It may be a problem with my current boyfriend and I don't know how to stop.I always seem to want to know what he's doing or thinking.I mean it isn't ridiculously bad to where I'm obsessed,But I know it may effect being so close.. and if/when it ever happens..that me and my boyfriend might break up.I'd be a wreck.I honestly don't know what to do or how to approach it in any way,But then again. My boyfriend is kind of the same way.Not so much as me,But he always want to see me or talk to me..whatever.It would be nice if I could just chill out or something.I'm just worried that I won't be okay in the future.I want to over-come it.How do I approach this?
Additional info, added Friday June 15 2007, 2:42 pm: My past I have been hurt..basically because I got to attached so quickly.. and i paid for it for heartbreak. They left me for an ex,But I'm sure my boyfriend right now wouldn't do that.I just am worried I'll break down if it ever came to it.. Being over attached happens to the best of us. There really isnt anyway to change it besides waiting it out, Being over attached will fade with age. I know it's not the answer you were looking for but it's the blunt truth! [ kaydence's advice column | Ask kaydence A Question ]

It seems like you become emotionally invovled very quickly, but you need to still keep your life. Go out with your friends one night instead of being with him. Maybe just dettaching yourself from him a little more is all you need. [ raychullx's advice column | Ask raychullx A Question ]
