Can you get pregnant using condoms?

And if yes, what can i do to prevent it?

Cuz i want to have sex, i feel ready.

Yes, you can still get pregnant using condoms. There is NOTHING you can do to 100% prevent pregnancy. If the guy wears a condom and the girl is on birth control you still have a 1% chance of pregnancy.

To truly feel ready to have sex, you have to understand what consequences could come. Pregnancy and a baby is one of those consequences. There is only one method that is 100% when it comes to not having a child. That method of birth control is abstinance. Which, if you want to have sex, obviously won't work.
