You're doing the right thing, so don't get discouraged! Look at how far you've come, and keep going. Do prolonged cardio at a steady pace often (such as walking, jogging, swimming, biking, or dancing). Try to do this activity for an hour on most days at a comfortable effort level. You will train your body to use your fat stores. Once you've reached a normal BMI, start up the weights and lunges and resistance training. This will build muscle and tone your legs.
