to get back the original shape of penis

my question is due to masterbution my penis is enlarged and my testis is like as going to drop, due to this if i inshirt my penis is visible through my pant, please help to get back my original shape, is there any pills or treatment to go with, plese help me.

I'd see a doctor.If your penis is swollen and your testicles aren't visible,that's obviously a problem.

If you want to be able to keep masturbating (or anything that involves your penis,for that matter),see a doctor.
