im around 5'3 and 115 ish. Im not fat or anything really, mostly athletic. i seriously have no boobs. like i wear 32 a's and i have it on the last hook. they are kind of uncomfy because my boobs barly fill them out and they fit my body snug. i hate this no boob stuff. and im loosing weigh so i have even less boobage. what can i do about the bras and is there anything at all that will give me boobs?

The most you can do for now is to wear a push-up bra. Although your boobs aren't big, a push-up bra pushes them up [obviously] & makes them look bigger.
Since that's all you can do for now -- just wait it out. You're only 14 & you've got plenty of time to grow. Take it from someone who's got a big chest -- you don't want big boobs as much as you think you do. Cherish your A-B cup, it's an amazing size to be.
