okaii so im a lil confused....
i like this guy and he says he likes me, we talk on the phone constantly and weve hung out like every day this week. well i kinda asked him out but he never answered. and hes asked me out in the past a couple times but that was like 2 years ago. we went to the movies and held hands and stuff and everyone can tell we like each other;we flirt like 24/7. hes even told me he would love to kiss me but doesnt wanna screw anything up. so how do i get him to finally get the balls to ask me out?

first of tell him that kissing you wouldnt screw anything up because you wouldnt mind it. when you talk on the phone or hang out; see if hes wanting a relationship now. maybe he thinks you dont want to date him anymore. make sure he knows you asked him out also maybe hes just nevous about it
