Find the crease in your upper eyelids, where your eyelid folds so you can open your eyes. Trace the eyeliner pencil over the crease. Make sure you accentuate the outer corners of your eyes. Fill in the part beneath the black line with black eyeshadow. You are now done with the top part.
For the bottom:
Find that skin-colored barrier between the red part and the lower eyelashes, and fill it in with black eyeshadow. Then, get the eyeliner pencil and draw another line right beneath the eyelash. Instead of making it follow the curve of your eye, make the line more straight, so the inner and outer corners of your eyes are more accentuated.
