Unless you are under 4 feet 10 inches, your weight is actually fine. But, if you insist on losing 3 kilos, the best way is to commit to a healthy eating lifestyle with a daily exercise regiment. No fatty foods, only complex carbs, limit sugars, no fast foods, no trans fat, lean meats only, lots of leafy green vegetables, keep up with your fruits (don't eat too many though). If you don't already exercise daily, I suggest walking. Start out walking 1/2 a kilometer for a week everyday. Walk a full kilometer everyday the next week and continue adding a 1/2 a kilometer each week after that until you feel you've reached your goal. You may also want to invest some time in toning exercises- exercises that work the abdomen.
