Maybe give some free advice about: Music?
you and maybe one or two friends could do a magic act. either a serious one, or you could make it funny. like make the tricks reallllly obvious, or mess them up.
you could also do an improv thing. like have you seen the show whos line is it anyway? you could do one of the games from there. the question one would be good. its like where you do an improv skit where every line is in question form. also, this would be a lot better if you didnt rehearse or anything.
there's this one thing that you and some friends, maybe eight, can do. you all have to like line up and you sing this song(its not really a song but kinda) and it goes, "if i wasn't a student, i'd be a teacher." and then one person in the line steps forwards and sings "if i wasn't a student, i'd be MR JOHNSON" and does an impression of whatever teacher he said.
