bulimia i have been bulimic for several months. i have been trying not to throw up cuz i wanna stop, but i also want to lose weight. any tips on how i can keep myself from bingeing so i dont throw up?or how to keep myself from puking after i pig out?plz and thank you!

You just need to really eat right, because I hate to say this but it's not the food making you throw up, it's you! Now yes some foods are unhealthy, but when you eat the right amount it's not so damaging and you won't want to throw up. I mean I don't understand why ANYONE in their right mind would throw up on purpose! I had a throwing up bug a couple weekends and go and I was miserable ;-; So I can't imagine doing it on purpose. ]
If you're eating, say junk food, put a NORMAL portion into a bowl, and eat just that. Don't eat from multiserving bags, because it TEMPTS you to binge.
When you're eating normal food, set out what you're okay with eating on your plate, and then either make someone else eat it right away, or put it in tupperware containers in your freezer. Once its cold, you won't want to eat it anymore.
Make charts of what you're eating at what meal, so you at least have a BALANCE, because bodies love balance.
If you just want big portions, make something thin, like soup, and eat it all, because your body will mistake it for water.
Have someone around when you eat, and eat slowly. Its harder to lie when you're with someone else.
