Ive never wore a tampon, ive tryed so many times, but i cant get it in.
I wear pads, and its summer and i want to wear a tampon. I tryed the mirror thing and toilet but its hard. Any other ideas, ( and the box instructions dont work great either)
Also how can i make it cleaner when i wear pads.

Maybe give some free advice about: Health? xgracee8P answered Tuesday June 5 2007, 6:35 pm: I think everyone probably has this problem when they first try to get it in, well i did at least, Make sure you try this when your perid is heavy so it will slip in better and hurt less when you take it out. This may sound gross but feel around with your finger to see where the hole is. Once you find it, place the tampon at the opening and push parallel to your tailbone. The number 1 rule is, if it hurts, your doing it wrong. You will definitly know when it goes it and it won't hurt AT ALL. Good luck though =) & it does take some patience. When you wear pads, change them often and get bigger ones for when you sleep becuase the blood slides down becuase your horizontal. Wear a tampon on heavy days & when you go to the pool.
