white spots on foreskin
do not read this if you dont know what im talking about. Im a guy. and.... when i checked the inside side of my foreskin i found these small white bumps, quite tiny. There is quite a few of them. at first they stung and the skin around them was sore and bright red. now they dont hurt at all but i was wondering was it an STD or something and is there a cure?

It sounds like an STD,if not it's at least some kind of infection.
