Superman can't let his enemies know that he's Clark Kent, because then they will attack people that Clark Kent is close to, such as Lois Lane. Also, everyone would bother him 24/7 and he wouldn't get a moment to himself. So, because Superman insulted him, Batman revealed Superman's secret identity, and basically Superman is now screwed.

Well, since the people who know "Clark Kent" as just "Clark Kent" see him as a simple farm kid that grew up to be a reporter, perhaps Batman is suggesting that the man behind Superman is just a reporter. And, since reporters are usually jerks, saying "Superman is Clark Kent" is equivalent to calling him a jerk.
Batman really is a stupid jerk because he revealed Superman's secret identity. How rude!
