ok so im 13 and i havent had my period yet. i have hair in all my places that i need. and myy boobs are just developing. but i still havent had my period.... is that normal. whuts happening?

I think it's ok. Maybe out of all these changes your stomache internally is developing last.

Though I'm not a professional, if you're dying to know then I suggest you check with a doctor or nurse.

IF you live in USA where things are expensive or don't have a lot of money, I'd go to the hospital, pick a random nurse, and just ask her! =3
