My friends and I use to hate this girl and now since i have been away they have turned to like her and hate me ... i dont know why i need help

It's because you aren't there, so they are filling your place. They probably just want to look cool around that girl, so they are saying they don't like you. If they said they hate you to that girl, then they weren't your true friends in the first place and you shouldn't bother with them. Besides, they are two-faced for talking about that girl behind her back anyway.
