Juelz0587 answered Saturday June 2 2007, 11:58 pm: ok listen to me sweety. Im a student in cosmetology and i had the same thing. My hair was to my shoulders and the ends would flip one way or the other. So i got it cut above my shoulders. Well, after a while I didn't like it as it grew out and i got it cut again, and now it is much shorter than what i wanted. So be careful. If you do get it cut, tell them you want long layers but you don't want to lose any length. This will take alot of weight out of your ends. Which should help with the flipping. if it is a huge problem, just straighten the ends and hair spray it, it should stay. If that doesn't work, work with the flip. use a curling iron and flip it all out (which is my favorite hair style for layered hair btw) or flip it all under. Get a thermal hair spray to protect your hair and help set it in better. Just fidget with it.
