i had this email account under emailservice.com but now when i go there its not there anymore i think another service took over it but my email address is ----@emailservice.com how else can i check this email account????

I'm getting a 403:forbidden. A forbidden error means their server is working, but they don't want you to access it. So it's probably just maintenance. If it's still not working in a week, you're out of luck. There's no way to access your account :(.
