for that all you need is translucent lip gloss. just plain no sparkles clear lipgloss walmart do it the cheapest and Loreal brands are the most expensive and best

Those are not her real lips. They use a thick light pink, or light melon lip gloss, or lipstick, then put more of a gloss over it. You can get that colour at any pharmacy, like CVS, Brooke's, Walgreens, etc. I recommend the brand NYC -->[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
