Can someone tell me a really simple yet effective way to put on eyeliner?

Put it on the inside of your eyelid. It seems like you're not wearing a lot, but it makes the difference. So put it on the bottom and top of the inside of your eye lid.

smudge your eyeliner into the base of your eyelashes... this will give you a more natural look.

well, i pull down the bottom of my eye, and put it just above the eyelash line. there, if your eyes water, it barley effects the liner. also DONT put the eyeliner on the lip of your lid because you can get an eye infection. then make up wont even help that lol. hopei helped!

Well, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, because there aren't that many ways to put on eyeliner. But, I find an easy way to put it on is to dip the tip in a little bit of water, or a tiny bit of vaseline or neosporin. This will help the eyeliner to go on more smoothly and quicker.
As for where you put it, I usually just outline the bottom of my eye. Then I extend it out to the corners of my eye. If you want a more dramatic look, you can put it on both the top and bottom.
