the otherday i was wearing a really tight shirt, it started to ride up a little because it was so tight. some boy came up to me and said "you got a nasty muffintop, cover that up." what is a muffintop? is it good or bad, if its bad how do i get rid of it?

Wearing the tight shirt probably had nothing to do with it, it was the pants you were wearing and the shirt just exposed it.
A muffintop is bad.
If you wear tighter/lower cut pants, its probably going to happen. Make sure your jeans are big enough and the right cut for you.
If you lose weight, you'll cut back on this, and crunches and activities like running and swimming will tone that up. [ Rosalina's advice column | Ask Rosalina A Question ]
