i need advice

i want to know what does it mean when women have facial hairs...does that mean you were really meant to be a boy and you will never have sex because guys would think that about you and what do you have to do to get out of this situation besides surgery.........

It doesn't mean you were meant to be a boy. :)
Some people are just prone to facial hair.
