thighs i have HUGE thighs, how can i loose them!? help=]

Run! Run a few miles each day or around your block a few times and/or bike for an hour or so. It will take a few weeks, but you will eventually see a difference. Don't give up! Also, for some people all of their food goes to their thighs so try to cut out the junkfood. =) Good luck. ]
I have the same problem.
I feel my theighs are huge.
Lately (for like a month) I've been running very often, like an hour a day.
And I've noticed a difference.
So I suggest doing leg lifts and jogging ]
